In the past three months, Real-Info has provided innovative CargoWise services to two large logistics companies and created a new service model in the CargoWise in consulting, training, workflow customization and business process outsourcing.

One of our customers is a multinational company, headquartered in Singapore, has several branches in China. The customer has been using the system for a while and has a preliminary understanding of the system. However, they came across issues in system management, such as a lack of overall understanding of the system by the staff, lack of collaboration between departments, and overlap or lack of some operations in processes. 

Real-Info has customized a training program by researching problems and investigating customers' needs. Within two months of face-to-face and remote training, we provided the following services to the customer:

• answered      accumulated questions thoroughly to the operational problems

• optimized      the operation procedures for each department

• improved      the work efficiency by optimizing the system

• enabled      the customer to have a comprehensive understanding of the system

The customer has signed a further agreement with Real-Info for continuous cooperation to maximize the system usage and improve staff work efficiency and productivity.

Another logistics company customer, which is focusing on North American routes, has business modules such as e-commerce, foreign trade, logistics, warehousing, and transportation. As it's the first time for the customer to apply to the CargoWise system, we proposed a package of implementation plans, which include on-site training, implementation, workflow settings, business process reengineering, non-core business process outsourcing, help customers improve efficiency and enhance their core competitiveness. The customer was happy with our proposal and provided full support to implement the plan. At this stage, the training and workflow settings have been completed and we will move to the next stage to test the outsourcing process.
