In December 2017, Real-Info (Qingdao) PTY Ltd completed the CargoWise One (CW1) system training which was for one Canada-owned Freight Forwarder located in NJ. This customer has installed and used the CW1 system for a year, but still has many problems in the process of operation, such as unclear about the system functions, no Financial specialized report and not familiar with the Workflow application, etc. 

The CW1 training from Real-Info was designed to solve their problems one by one. Real-Info has provided Client with deep analysis and explanation in Forwarding and Accounting Modules which solved the bottleneck encountered during their operation; designed and customized some functions and reports; also provided the Workflow trainings. 

Through this training, CW1 system's fast and intelligent features have been tremendously developed by the operators. And due to it greatly improves the application ability and efficiency of the customers, the CW1 system is highly recognized and appreciated by the client.
